Holiday Inn Exp Miles City, Miles City

We always like Holiday Inn Express, but this was the best ever. I loved the cowboy decor. Everything was so clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to have the eggs and sausage for some protein in the morning.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on our way home to Minneapolis from western Montana. Online reviews encouraged us to stay here, and the staff lived up to their excellent reputation. We have stayed on the busier north side of I-94, and appreciated the quieter surroundings on the south side this time. We were even cheerfully moved away from the stairs and vending to a quieter room facing the open fields next to the hotel. The facilities were spotless, the newer furnishings were comfortable, and the pool area was clean and uncrowded. The smaller pool and hot-tub were great for relaxing after a long day of driving. The morning breakfast was plentiful, tasty, varied, and quickly replenished when supplies ran low. Cleanup after departing diners was immediate, and nobody was kept waiting for a table. This is a place that obviously cares about their guests, and we are looking forward to our next overnight on our way back to Montana in the future.
