Rasmussen Cottages, Summit Lake

I started going to Rasmussen's when I was 11 years old...that's 47 years ago. I had my honeymoon there. Fishing used to be better...but is still OK. The beach is wonderful. Our entire extended family would get several cottages and have a great time. Can't wait to go back. Great memories and new ones to be made.

The beach is great. Skiing after supper is heaven. We have a large group that has been going every July for 30 years and my family goes again in August. My teeneagers prefer it to the dells and Great America. The 4 wheeling is great when the weather is too cold for beach time. The cottages are not luxurious but there is a hot shower and flush toilet. You can buy anything you need close by. There is no better vacation for the price

Have been going there with family for 31 yrs. Started out with 2 cabins, now have 4. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Also enjoy the fishing. The beach area is great for children of all ages.

Our family has been going to Rasmussen Cottages since 1978 ( I was born in 1977) My children now sleep in the same cabin I did as a child. We love the peace and quiet. We love the lake front cabin #1 has always been ours. We with extended family usually rent out the whole resort every July.
