Paw House, West Rutland

This place was absolutely wonderful and beautiful. The inn caters to dog owners and their dogs, but what is best about it is that it is comfortable for people too. We were able to leave our dogs in "Mario's Playhouse" while we went out to dinner and we did not have to worry about leaving our dogs in a room by themselves. The location is ideal, the breakfasts were creative and delicious, and the innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. We were shocked to read a negative review prior to this one because we have been looking far and wide for this type of service and can't believe that it actually exists. If you are a dog lover, do not pass this place up.
