Dont go there!

The area is beautiful! The rooms are dirty & dingy! The restaurant is over priced for a low-budget decor. They should tear down the building and start from scratch. Very disappointing!

Should be condemed!

The accomodations were out dated and dirty! Our group had three rooms... some without clocks, all without tvs and none had phones. The bedding was old and the whole place smelled of mildew. The restaurant staff were nice, but the food was way over-priced for the meals. I say tear it down and build a nice place to compliment the beautiful surroundings.

GREAT location

Only a few rooms, right in the harbor with a GREAT (my favorite) restaurant. The freshest Lobster you can find short of buying one from the lobster man. Water in the tank is actually flowing to and from the ocean you are sitting next to. Friendly nice people, and parking just yards from the Harbor and the main street crossing the bridge included. Eat while watching the boats and ships going in and out, just across the river from the Whale Watch ships.
