Steitz's Resort, Antioch

Everyone order fish and the fish was great they saidI had there meatball special the meatballs were good the waitress told me were served with there noodles but it was actually rice i would have sent it back but they said it would take 15 minutes for my order i did not want to wait so i ate the meatballs and some of the rice. The waitress took forever on the drinks while she served her other tables frist I know there was 7 of us but she was to busy playing with the other waitresses hair and playing around at the bar area we had to ask the hostess for coffee. She didn't really come back after serving the food we had to stop her for tartar sauce. She did take 10% off the meatball dinner. I would have rather have had what i thought i was ordering to begin with the waitress didn't really read through the specials correctly. HER TIP REFLECTED HER SERVICE!

Great service (very pretty girls and outstanding bartenders)!!! The best shots and martinis ever :) This place is so much fun, especially in the summer. View is terrific.

The food was great. Had the fish one week, ribs the next. Both were the best I have eaten, especially the fish. Bathrooms have been remodeled now and look nice. Great staff. Definitely worth the money.

All of the wait staff is great. However when it came down to the food i ordered a New Strip steak and recieved a Ribeye, when i asked to talk to was in charge nobody came to help me out. I think the restaurant was poorly run, and the food wasn't worth what they were charging

Like a step back in time, Steitz's Resort captures all the history of this lakefront, Chain Of Lakes treasure, and yet consistently serves some of TODAY;s best food I've ever had. Outstanding food, great service. Need to improve on the antique restrooms!

Good, atmosphere, service terrific. Like a vaction experience. The bathrooms leave much to be desired. The view of the lake is outstanding, and outdoor dining is terrific.
