Loved it!

I was nervous about booking sight unseen, since there was no review of the cabins and brochures/web sites can be misleading. When we first arrived, I was surprised that the cabins are fairly close together. But to my relief, the place is charming! The cabin truly captured the feel of a mountain retreat and my fiance and I agreed it's just the sort of place we would buy if we were in the market. We stayed in the Love Shack, which has 2 bedrooms and a loft, a kitchen, living room and 2 baths. The deck overlooked the gurgling stream, as most of the cabins do. I was surprised that nicely scented candles were already lit upon our arrival. We used the fireplace every night and even soaked in the jacuzzi after a day of hiking at Bushkill Falls. The cabins are clean and well kept, showing just a little wear and tear, as one would expect. Could use a larger TV, but we weren't there to watch TV, so it was fine. There is a pool and a pond for swimming/fishing in season. I was surprised to get maid service since I assumed this was a housekeeping arrangement. You need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, blowdryers, etc. but dish soap and bars of soap are provided. We took a peak at some of the other cabins and all of them would be fine for a week or more. Moss is especially nice and if you have a larger group or family, consider Brook.
This time of year, there wasn't a lot open nearby, but it was mid-week and I'm sure weekends are different. We were there mostly to relax and enjoy the fall colors anyway. Still, Canadensis is pretty centrally located and you aren't a long drive from Mt Pocono, Tannersville or Lake Wallenpaupak. I recommend a stay and can't wait to go back!
