Horrible experience at Crow's Nest

WE REPORTED IN JULY, 2005 THAT THE PLACE SMELLED, THE SCREENS WERE FILLED WITH HOLES, LETTING IN BUGS, THE A/C WAS NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY (FREEZING OR NOTHING) THE TOILET LEAKED, THE FRIDGE HAD REMAINS OF FORMER GUESTS IN IT.
WE CONTACTED AMEX NOT TO PAY FOR THIS STAY AND THE OWNER REFUSED TO OBLIGE IN ANY WAY. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A COMPLETE REFUND OF $196.90.
