Never Again!

We picked this hotel because it was very close to a hall were we would be attending a wedding. The gentlemen at the front desk were helpful, and courteous. They called up to see if the room was ok and hailed a taxi when it was time to leave for the wedding. The next morning we lost power. Ms. Hamilton the genral manager allowed me to use a clean room with power to curl my hair but did not reassign us to this room. We barely made it to the continental breakfast which she only extended an extra 15 minutes to 9:45AM, power was back on at 10AM. She also sent me a very patronizing email when I complained to Marriott customer care and refuses to take any responsibility.
