My wife and I just visited Estes Park for the very first time. We spent four nights (and had our daughter and son-in-law) join us for three of the nights. We stayed in a Phase II unit (#10) and it was just outstanding. It is nice and clean - what you see in the pictures is what you get. The units are just feet from the Fall River. The unit was decorated very nicely and was well equipped (the kitchen had wine glasses, cork screw, toaster, waffle maker, baking dishes, plates, glasses, tableware, serving pieces, baking trays... well you get the idea). Our two bedroom unit had two full bathrooms (one with a large Jacuzzi tub) and two king size beds. It is a little more expensive than other places, but what you get is worth the money. The views are very nice - the river is terrific - the road is just the other side of the river but there isn't any noticable noise from cars. The Rocky Mountain National Park is 3 miles up the road - we bought the $20 pass for our car good for one week. One note - the staff comes in once a day and takes out the garbage and replaces towels if you want - they don't make your beds. Overall, I thought this place was Excellent!!
My husband and I have stayed at Riverwood twice. Both times, we have loved it. It's very tidy, clean, and the condos are very nice. We're going again this fall, and we're going to stay there again. We stay in off season and you can't beat the value for what you get. It's great.
We love this property and return every year. The management is onsite and wonderful. The units are very clean and comfortable. The entire property is well maintained and perfectly situated on the river. This is a perfect relaxing vacation spot for all ages. We come here with grandparents and small children (5, 3 and infant).
This is a small, quiet and immaculate condo complex overlooking the fall river. The unit we stayed in was tastefully furnished, had all the ammenities you expect and very reasonably priced. Will stay again and recommend to friends and relatives.
