Valley Hi Motel, Winter Park

We are the family of 5 and we have had a planty of room for all of us there. Clean and large rooms in Down Town location is the way to go. We will be back there for sure.

The motel is run by a very friendly and helpful couple who made every effort possible to make our stay comfortable. The motel itself has big rooms with a fridge and microwave (or full kitchen if requested). We even got the same-evening ski sharpening and waxing, which was a pleasant contrast to the day wait we would have had in the Winter Park ski shops. The shuttle stop is very close to the motel, and because it was only two stops away from the ski area, the stop was on all of the shuttle routes, so we never had to wait long for the next shuttle. We enjoyed our whole stay so much, we’re planning to go back there again by the end of February.

My wife and I stayed at this charming small hotel with very large rooms and loved it. In addition to being large and clean, the room featured 2 sinks, a refrigerator, and a microwave, as well as plenty of extras such as Alka Seltzer tablets, lip balm, granola bars etc. The owners, Joe and Slava, are super friendly and helpful in finding things to do or places to eat around Winter Park. The rate they offered us was the best in town as we checked the general reservations and a few other places. We would definitely recommend to a friend or family member to stay at Valley Hi as we loved the size and comfort of the room and enjoyed the evenings spent in the hot tub. We will definitely go back in the winter to hit the Colorado slopes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valley Hi Motel. The rooms were very large and clean. We were surprised to find a continental breakfast waiting in the hall in the morning and granola bars available throughout the day. The owner even started the hot tub just for us. The location is great, in the town of Winter Park, right across the street from the ski resort shuttle.

Very nice, clean rooms. I have been to many ski town hotels and this one by far have biggest rooms. It so nice to spread your equipment on a floor and not have to jump over it. Definitely will visit again.

Nice, little, simple but very clean hotel, definitely worth the price. Very spacious room. Genorous samples available - thanks for the Nivea, that saved my lips :)! I definitely can recommend this hotel, the only thing I did not like was the room spray, too strong sent.

This small motel is very private and clean. It was operated by the owner. We felt safe leaving our personal effects in the room while skiing or going out in the evenings. The bath and dressing area is larger than usual and restaurants are within walking distance. It is one of the few places in town that allows pets.
