Do not go there, the place is a total dump, the beds are so uncomfortable , I also heard some of the beds were infested with bed bugs. Customer service is the worse also, no smiles no sense of humor nothingggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!
I had bed bug bites after first night's stay here. Hotel staff knows about the problem but they choose to ignore it instead of attempting to find a solution. They offered us to just pack and move to another room without mentioning washing and drying our belongings. After we moved to new room, I got bitten again. Even we washed everything before we moved in to new room. We spent a good part of our 7 days vacation doing laundry, shopping for replacing our destroyed belongings, moving between rooms, itching and waiting for elevators. Staff indicated our case was not the first bed bug case recently. I suggest closing the place and bombing all the rooms. Staff is carrying the bugs all over the place before their customers.
The bed bug problem is indicative of poor housekeeping. Hair was found the first night in our bed and on the shower ceiling. Our socks were nearly black just from walking in our room.
There are only 3 elevators for 30 plus floors.
If it's the casino's or beach you're coming to Atlantic City for, there are many better and cheaper or same price range places to stay. I hope i won't/did not get AIDS or any other blood diseases.
Pros: Big suites with full kitchen.
Cons: Slow elevators. Only three for 28 floors. Beds are like sleeping on the floor. Pillows are flat. Unruly kids running amuck. I got headbutted buy a kid trying to take our pool balls. i politely asked him to respect our space and he refused to move away from the table, tried to interrupt everyone's game. Parent's were sitting there ignoring the kids.
Room has view of parking lot. Hotel is 3-4 blocks from boardwalk.
Would not return
While there wasn't anything exactly wrong with the room, it was very worn and old, rusty sliding doors, and the area was unsafe once you left the building. One of the elevators didn't work so waiting for the other two took 20-30 minutes. I've been in much nicer Wyndhams before.
As a handicapped guest in this timeshare resort, my opinion is to find a better hotel with plenty of elevators. There are only 3 elevators to service 32 floors of guests. If you have reservations or plan to meet someone elsewhere you'll have to leave at least a half hour earlier to get down to the first floor.
As, far as calling ahead of time to the Concierge Desk for assistance well don't hold your breathe either, it took over a half an hour for someone to supposedly come get you. I made a trip up to the Penthouse just to get to the street level and as I exited the elevator a kindly gentlemen attached to the hotel ask if I was the person stuck on the 12th floor. I looked at him and politely said, YES no need to come and get me now! I've already arrived!"
Otherwise, the hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms, has many ammenties that are well kept and the staff is polite. But remember to check out time at least 1/2 hour by calling for a luggage cart because it will take them at least that long to get one to you (p.s. you are not permitted to get one for yourself)when all guests are trying to get out at the same time.
This hotel was great me and my husband visted this hotel and decide to come bac with the kids I know the kids will love the game room the pool and many more Yes i will vist very soon
The room was very comfortable it was like you in your own little apartment it waas great cant wait to go bac
We are owners and this resort lived up to standards. With wonderful nightime views from upper floors,to spacious accomadations. We will always stay here, highky recommended.
The only drawback is the elevators. Not enough for the amount of people.
this is a home away from home. I had a beautiful one bedroom suite for four people. everything lived up to it expectations. great price and location. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to atlantic city
Great place to stay, good location and very friendly, helpful staff! Beautiful nighttime views of Atlantic City from the upper floors. Going back this week. Staff gave great recommendations on how to get around the city, where to eat, etc.
The hotel is fairly new, the rooms are very nice and well kept. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi, very nice!!! While staying at the hotel, we were offered a chance to tour it. The penthouse is awesome, we loved it there we purchased a timeshare. I recommend this place, they have great specials and it is located near all the action.
