Hello travelers,
My name is Charley and I am the Innkeeper of the Annabelle Inn. I was reading our reviews and wanted to say thank you to those who have written us such nice reviews. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Also I would like to take the opportunity to respond to the two negative reviews. First, I offer my apologies to the guest who found me to be condesending. In my 15+ years in the hotel industry, over nine here in Aspen, I have made it my goal to be welcoming and friendly with all my guests. If one checks this and other review sights, I think you will find that many others do not share that guests opinion. It appears that I missed the mark here, once again I offer my apologies.
As to the location of our standard rooms, they are streetside and we make no bones about it. The entire staff here, including myself, will let any guest who books a standard room that there is street noise. Additionally, this is noted in our room descriptions given to wholesale representatives and web sites. These rooms are priced accordingly for this very reason.
