The location is great, the place is very clean and well kept up. I would recommend to others. It is worth the money.

Hi, I am International Student. I am came here for a visit with my friends. Good Place to stay and Good Management. They gave some discount and so nice to us. They gave their own food, plates and bowls to use. Very helpful and kind. I recommend this motel to everyone.

The worst experience in my life. Me and my friends went to tahoe the last winter season, we had gone in a program called work and travel for students, the problem was that we dont know nothing about the place and we search for the cheapst motel in the area, and we found the lone pine lodge, yes it is the cheaper but is also the worst. We decided to move to another one, and we found the cedar inn it is right next to the lone pine lodge, way better place. And a tip from who is crazy to stay in lone pine lodge, dont stay also in the monaco inn, i think is the same owner, a rude guy and a terrible place also.

Our room was filthy. The walls had holes in them. The manager was rude. At 55 a night the price and location we're ok. But we literally almost turned around and went home. If we wern't so tired from skiing we would have just gone home to the bay area. Orbitz rated this place 2 stars. They have always done good by me in the past. I would say this place deserves a negative 2 stars. Orbitz. Yahoo Travel. Travelocity. You should not refer anyone to this dump!

I had lots of fun staying with lone pine lodge.the Manager was very nice.I would like to come back again...After all i liked everything there...

Price was best part the rest sucked a real dump! horrible service rooms were okay nothin fancy 20 year old ammenities, coffe if your lucky. loved it

Rud and really bad service. DO NOT STAY HERE. RATHER STAY ON THE STREETS. The guy in the office is so rud and would not listen to what we were saying. He would not cancel our reservation eventough it was 48hrs before the arrival time.

I did not actually stay there. I arrived at Stateline and initially came to this motel. The manager preferred that I paid cash up front which was sort of odd as most motels want a credit card. I was handed a key to a room that: 1) Smelled of porn 2) Had spilled 2 liter bottles of something in the corner 3) Bed was all ripped up. I did not examine the room any further. I put my bags back into my car and handed the manager the key. The manager was very apologetic and offered another room. What the manager did NOT offer was a refund of my cash; I was pretty much completely disgusted and did NOT want to stay there. Sorry, but you could not pay me to stay at this motel after seeing/smelling a room like that. I stayed at the Best Western nearby which was many times nicer. Fortunately, the rate, $45, was not much to lose. And I won more than that at the nearby Harrahs casino...so it's all good. This motel is not for everyone.
