This is basically a set of indvidually owned condos rented through the Moab Springs Ranch folks. These are nice, new units. there is a community "park" area next door with a natural spring (it's cold folks!!!) that will amaze you with how much water it produces! They have diverted some of the spring through the back-yards of some of the condos to make a neat stream for the kids to play in right off the back patio. There's also hammocks and chairs in the "oasis" of a park near the springs. Great shady spot to escape the desert heat of the day. Nicely done! There is also a small swimming pool and laundry room.
It was a bit pricey for a family of 4 to justify, but in the end, worth it and a great "base camp" in Moab to do lots of activities in the area!
