cant wait to go back

the cove is so much fun to swim in and just kick back on a raft and sun. we live the fast pace life in the city and bass point resort helps us unwind and relax.

Love It

I just loved the cottage and the area. It is quite, private, and CLEAN. It is off the beaten path but close enough to grocery stores if you need something. The owners are friendly and helpful. We couldn't have been happier.

Extremely Rude and Not Family Friendly!!!

After calling for a bit of information, I would absolutely not recommend Bass Point Resort! I asked one question and was told to look at her website and she hung up on me. I called back to explain that I had looked at the website and that I could not find the answers on it. She asked whether it was for a family or fishing trip. I said that we are a family who fishes. She was snappy and said they have been a fishing resort for 50 years! Do they have something against families? There are plenty other resorts in the Ozarks that welcome fishing families. Keep looking...

i live across from bass point

so i only have one problem and thats because bass point lets people use jet ski's and lets kids under the age of 16(which is the legal age to ride one) go out on jet ski's...and the kids don't obey wake buoys or anything and its dangerous. one kid who was 13 almost crashed into my dock..so maybe if they made a policy about jet ski's id feel better about my property being ok..then hoping it doesnt get destroyed by restless kids.

Great Place to stay

Bass Point Resort is my favorite place to stay at the Lake-of-the-Ozarks. It is situated on the quieter side of the lake. But, is within easy commute by boat or car to the rest of the Lake. The Resort is quiet but yet doesn't have stuffy or stale atomosphere. We had Family Reunion at Bass Point last year. Everyone attending stated that they want to come back soon. The Rose Family has a "Pride of Ownership" and were very helpful and wanted to be sure everyone enjoyed the stay at the resort. Whether you are a fisherman, recreational boater or just looking for a place to really enjoy yourself come experience Bass Point Resort. I am making reservations for May of 2007.
