Quails Nest Inn and Suites, Osage Beach

It's obviously an outdated establishment bu we decided to look past all of that sincere would only be sleeping in the room. Hahah......funny that we thought we woulda actually get sleep here. It was so loud we could hear every person walking outside we could hear the people next to our room. We left at 12:30 because there would be no sleeping for us. When we asked for our money back they refused it and said we should of waited for them to get things under control!! I'm sorry but if you don't have your hotel quiet and under control by12:30 then I'm not sticking around for u to do so!! It's a hotel not a bar I don't think our expectations of getting some sleep at that time were to much to ask for but apparently they did!!

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and each time has been a very positive experience. The staff is wonderful (can't compliment them enough) and the location is unbeatable (short walk to most everything you need to get to) . The exterior gounds are very well kept. The pools, indoor and outdoor, are sparkling clean. Room was relatively basic and slightly dated, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall, an incredible value for the money. This stay was, overall, a very nice experience for us. Will DEFINATELY continue being a return guest and recommend this property to others. A note on the negative reviews: it's ridiculous to expect 5-star, brand-new, luxurious accomodations in this price range. That being said, dollar for dollar, you will not have a better overall experience in a traditional family-style inn than at the Quail's Nest.

Holes in the floor. Room is a no smoking room and smells like smoke and has burns in the carpet. Several soft spots in the floor. Beds are something out of the 70's, just a bunch of squeaky springs. TV is smaller than my computer screen. Would never stay here again. On an up note host was friendly.

We have been coming to the Quails Nest for the past 6 years for a girls weekend. They have been great! Rooms are always clean and ready for us. We play Bunco, and they provide a room for us. Close to the shopping area and other eating places. In fact, we have already booked our rooms for next year already!

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have always been very pleased. I've read some of the negative posts and all I can imagine is that they must have been expecting the Ritz Carlton and were disappointed that it wasn't. This hotel is a VERY nice place to stay. Had a king room with a spa tub that was well equipped, VERY clean and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Wi/Fi, wet bar, fridge, m-wave, coffee maker, all you could want. The staff was wonderful. The exterior of the buildings is in need of some care and maintenance (i.e. looks a bit weathered), but the interior is better than I've experienced at other places that were twice the price. The pool and hot tub were clean, just the right temp and in a very attractive indoor setting. The grounds are beautiful and the location is about the best in town. It's very difficult to imagine why anyone wouldn't be totally pleased with this place. I will most definately return in the future.

Very friendly staff. Goes out of their way to welcome us on each visit. Newer side of the motel is bright, clean and has everything we need for a great weekend. Although the outside may need updating on the older section, the rates are great. We will go back again and again.

I have been a repeat customer for over six years. We have stayed during the summer with friends and family, and have been with a group of special girlfriends for the past six years. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to our requests. It is a perfect central location to all the entertainment around the lake.

We've been traveling to Quail's Nest for six years now for a girls' get-together, shopping weekend. The staff is great, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helping us with any special requests. The accommodations work well for us, with several adjoining rooms. The short walk to the Outlet Mall is a bonus. And you can't beat the rate!

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and to tell you the truth I was very dissapointed , my husband would not let me complain, we had a non smoking room that reaked of smoke the carpet was filthy dirty and had holes in some spots, the bathtub leaked water all over the floor! everything was very OLD! and to top it off the pool was freezing my kids wouldn't even get in it, and it was the inside heated pool!! the sheets were dingy looking and there was really nothing about it that makes me want to go back.. the box springs on one of the beds was badly stained. My inlaws said they stayed on the new side and it was wonderful? I am wondering are you giving out rooms on the old side to ppl with children? and.. another thing is the ice cooler thingy was empty when i went to get ice for our drinks? sorry if i sound harsh But the first night I paid 80 dollars and the second night 70 and I have stayed in nicer hotels for that price!
