Poor service, poor value

The hotel was not particularly comfortable or organized. Management was unresponsive. It was very expensive for what you got. Look elswhere. The beds were hard, the pillows too soft. The room not worth the price. Managers said one thing and did another. Bathroom narrow and water pressure low.
