Kendall & Potter, Aptos

I was very impressed with Kendall & Potter Porperty management. They were very professional and helpful especially Julie. I highly recomend this property management. They were on time for appointments, didn't rush us, answered all of our questions and returned our calls in a timely manner. It seems some people can never be pleased.

FAIL! These people are so unprofessional, incompetent and seemingly uninterested in actually renting a property, that it's amazing they are in business. They seem to come in around 10am, go to lunch for 2 hours and leave by 3pm. They failed to show up for multiple scheduled appts. to show property on multiple occasions, didn't bother to call, don't return ph. calls, and when they do are rude and are always "too busy". IMHO they're just generally lazy and act like they're doing you some kind of huge favor, despite having the cash in hand and going through their approval process. A huge waste of time, and the cost of the credit check. The owner ended up renting it out himself, since KP was so completely incompetent, despite having a willing, approved tenant with cash in hand. Too bad for him, he lost a months rent because of these idiots. A big fat ZERO. I would call them a Property Mis-Management company, since they seem to have no interest in doing their jobs and revel in crapping on people. A Chimp could do better. Terrible! Stay away!
