worst hotel ever...
Reserved this hotel online. First impression on this hotel was after I got in from the main entrance, the receptionist window faces inward in a 45 degree angle rather than most other hotels, had to walk 10 feet and turn my head to see it. A few luggage carts were scattered around the lobby, if you'd call it a lobby, so I thought I was in their storage or something.
Checking in was fast, got room pass instantly after telling the staff my name.
The hallway looks OK, with cheap carpet, thin, walking on it made quite loud noise.
Went in the room, nice first impression, stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, internet... Fantastic? oh no... First off, I went to the bathroom, the toilet is CLOGGED!!! It was already after their 11PM service time, I pocked around and found a toilet plunger under the sink, I was like, what? the guests have to do this all by themselves?
Checked the stove, nice, but no pan or anything to cook with... coffee maker, no coffee pack or anything... fridge, obviously not leveled on the floor, wobbled whenever it was touched, but thank god it was working after it was turned on from inside (temp setting was off initially). a cheap little plastic bag of dishsoap, how are people supposed to use it? Internet? oh yeah, bring your own cable, even Econo Lodge has wireless now!
Went to bath, shampoo looks suspicious, unlike what most other hotels provide, it was rather sticky and had some weird odor, wouldn't dare to use it if it wasn't sealed initially.
Alright, time for bed, took off my clothes, and the cabinet, had NO hanger. Watch tv? oh no, the remote was clearly torn and beaten up so much, no legible letter on the buttons.
Asleep? not finished yet, my neighbor came back 3:30 in the night, man they were happy, chatting and laughing and tearing down the thin wall. Guess they must be tired, ok... snoring followed....
Room a little chilly, heater was on, what's the smell? like rotten mouse put on fire!
Don't believe me, go by yourself, I've slept in cheap motels but never a single one was even worse than this.
What a nightmare!
