Faros 1, Mesquite

My family stayed here for 1 night. We had a nice 1 bedroom suite that was very clean and overlooked the courtyard. There are 2 small pools that we enjoyed. The restaurant was closed while we were there for 2 weeks "employee break". But there are enough dining places nearby and there's a grocery store down the street. We like having a small kitchen in our room and find it convenient for our small kids. We would stay here again. We love the quiet location and non-smoking atmosphere.

We have traveled to many places and stayed in some of the "finest hotels". This tops them all in service, cleanliness, value and location. The staff are personable and helpful. It is kept imaculate! You can't find a nicer place to stay while traveling.

$109 got us a Friday-night suite that was basically a small, furnished apartment -- probably in the 600 sq ft range. It had a living room with TV, kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, oven, range, microwave, and sink, a bedroom with queen-sized bed and walk-in closet, and a nice bathroom with walk-in shower and a linen closet. They advertise that suites are for sale, so I imagine that this is the style that you'd buy.  There are some nice small meeting areas throughout that would be good for small groups staying here. The hotel and furnishings appear to be fairly new, but the style is a flowery, early-90's country theme. Nevertheless, the furniture is all pretty good. Everything seems very clean. There's also wireless Internet access; the ISP appears to be Madison River Communications.
