Call The Resort Directly

The resort is fantastic but call them directly to rent a unit. Stay away from an individual named Suzanne Palmeiri at all costs! I made the mistake of thinking I was renting directly from the owner which she is not. This caused BIG problems when our keys quit working and she pretty much exposed herself as a liar and quite frankly, somebody who I think may be on drugs due to her paranoid delusions. She's also a thief as she kept my $200 deposit despite the fact we didn't break or take anything. I somehow was able to obtain the name and address of the actual owner and have threatened a lawsuit if my deposit is not returned. I will then actually be asking for more than that if I have to go to the trouble. It's way too detailed of a story to write it all out here but suffice it to say that I couldn't make up the stuff that happened to us thanks to this crazy woman. Go enjoy the resort but stay away from lodge #63 and Suzanne Palmeiri if you want to avoid a potential catastrophe.
