Worldmark by Wyndham, Las Vegas

This is my 3rd stay at this location, and I was very unhappy with the service, the upkeep of the apartments. To begin the carpets in our room were filthy, the room did not have enough glases, the gas BBQ's did not work and the staff just did not seen to care. We tried to buy show tickets one day and the staff did not even know were the person was, we wasted over an hour waiting for her to arrive. I even spoke to June the resort manager, she tried to help but it was too late in our stay. I have complained to head office and I hope that the next time I decide to stay here that things will have changed for the good. We love Las Vegas and have stayed at other Worldmark resorts and did not have any problems.

We have been owners since 2002. We have had some rocky periods financially since then but never ever once considered selling our credits. We are owners for life. First of all the customer service is always excellent - friendly, attentive, professional and never robotic. Secondly, the resorts are always so clean, even the sheets smell fresh. We love our vacations with Worldmark. In the past, it was always a crap shoot as to what kind of accommodations we would receive at a hotel. We had a few unmentionable experiences with hotels/staff. That dread is gone now that we can stay at a classy resort. We have a ton of kids and wanted to show them the beauty/diversity of the U.S. Having Worldmark has helped make some great memories. The locations are all in driving distance to places we want to visit/experience. Even Reno,NV (which I didn't want to go to because I don't like Casinos's) has an excellent Automobile Museum near by and historical Virginia City. Loved them both. With a kitchen at our room my teenage son cooked a surprise breakfast - waffle sundays! And he doesn't cook at home. We all have a good time. For me, the resorts are welcoming, warm and I have a relaxed sense of home away from home. (with a hot tub to boot!)

everything was best that I had ever had and I plan to go back very soon and take my family this time. the frist time was with my job and there are no complants.

All I can say is I give every new trip a new chance but i feel duped into ever getting the time share in the first place. The staff is unfriendly,the rooms always have a couple filthy parts,and something always isn't working.

I am writing this review on WorldMark's snail-slow internet acccess ($16 for the week). My wife, 3 teenagers, and I stayed for 4.5 days after trading in a week thru RCI. Compared to Vistana (FLA) and Mayan Palace (Mexico), this facility gets 2- stars. We did not see housekeeping at all during our stay. There were several large bugs I had to kill; I understand Vegas is hot, but we did not have any bugs at the Bellagio. The blankets were sticky before we used them. The rest was not particularly clean, either. (It was better than summer camp....) There were not enough towels. The A/C in the master bedroom did not work well; yet it was freezing in the rest of the suite. On the good side, the rooms were large, the porch was large, and the beds were fairly comfy. All 5 of us found the suite roomy. By Caribbean standards, this place gets a 4 out of 5. By American/Mexican standards, 2.5 out of 5. It was an inexpensive, adequate option for 5 people. It was not great, however. When it was new, I could see it earning 4 stars. I guess this means it has not been well-maintained. Considering the cost of 2 nice rooms on the Strip ($200+ each per nite), this is a good value for a family of 5.

I've stayed here twice and I was overly satisfied with my first stay and more than equally satisfied with my second stay. I've stayed in both a 2 and a 3 bedroom and I love how spacious they are, with all the amenities of a fully stocked apartment with an oversized balcony which includes a patio set and grill. It was way too hot on both occasions to be outside for too long, but at night time it was great. The master bedroom has a sliding door leading to the balcony as well as its own bathroom. The spare bathroom has a divider from the sink area to the toilet/shower area which worked great for us, since we were all girls on this trip and getting ready was a little challenging. The resort has many different pool areas, including a lazy river. In the lazy river, you can go in by yourself or rent a intertube for $3. Some of the pool areas have cabanas and one pool in particular has a great waterfall, which if you sit under it, it feels so good on the shoulder/neck muscles. The lazy river is very refreshing, considering it was SO hot when we went (110+ degrees). The water wasn't extremely cold, just cool enough, just perfect for how hot it was outside. I noticed what could be a cafe or restaurant outside the lazy river area, but didn't have a chance to go inside, but it seems that they sold smoothies and such. Basketball courts, a little miniature golf area and probably other things that I didn't get a chance to see were available. I was able to use their computer area (for free) to check my emails and such and they have a small fitness area with some up to date machines and a game area. They also have daily activities for the young and old. Plenty of stores in the area; Outlet mall down the street which I'm dying to go back to. In my opinion, this is the BEST Worldmark property I've stayed at, although I haven't seen all the properties either ... this location looks new and up-to-date; well maintained. You HAVE to experience it. I didn't rely on their shuttle bus, which goes to a grocery store and down to the strip ... I rented my own car. I really can't say enough or get enough of this place. I really can't wait to go back ... forget the strip hotels.

I really like this resort, and very glad I'm an owner of worldmark. This resort has everything you could ask for in a hotel, i'ts just 10 times better. It has a full kichen, the C.D. player, fire place, grill on the very nice size patio area, refrigerator, the washer and so much more. It feels like a home away from home.

Worldmark sells us on classes in a nearby location to prepare for vacations to help me plan things for my family. Then as walking out the door lets us know after we filled out the contracts that they are closing the doors to the location we would be working with. The people give us a contact phone number saying they will help us out and come to find out it is a scam. They phone number was a hoax! They never helped us and we are out LOTS OF MONEY! We called too late to cancel the membership. The contract says 5 days we finally (called the number on the internet)10 days since we never heard from the numbers we were given. Told to cancel it on visa and the lady on the phone would take care of the rest. Well, got the visa notification and we are to pay up no matter what. Just a bunch of Fraud. Shared some of our dilemna with friends about this whole thing and they let us know what a terrible experience they have had. Great why didn't we ask those around us before heading to that stupid seminar. What a waste of 1900 bucks even though it is a trial membership!

I stayed in a single behind the lazy river pool. I thought the interior was very nicely done, and the unit was very clean. I love the resort itself. The main pool is great, especially sitting under one of the waterfalls for 10-15 minutes. It's like an aqua massage. The shuttle service is excellent, although if it ran all night it would be better. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here.
