Millpond Village Apartments, Flagstaff

This is the first place we have ever lived in together and I have to say we wouldn't be moving but we found a place we could not pass up. There is the option of a one or two bedroom place, the set up is GREAT because the only wall you share with your neighbor is the living room wall, there isn't anyone above you or below you. The ventilation isn't the best but it's not something that makes or breaks your bills. It is a perfect location because it's walking distance to NAU, grocery stores, movie theater, there is a car shop right down the road, and DPS. We lived in the units that were closest to the train and it didn't bother us. Office staff is great, the washers and dryers are okay but I know they are in the process of getting new ones.
