I have stayed at Sedona Rouge about 8 times. I am always amazed that I'm not remembered. Staff at front desk not always pleasant. The grounds are beautiful! The rooms are nice but have stains on carpet. Housekeeping not always good at replenishing things that have been used. The beds are always short sheeted!! Spa is very nice but pricey.
The hotel is actually well located. West Sedona is not far from the rest of Sedona. Someone mentioned that it was next to a Safeway but you would never know it unless you looked closely. It is a very nice looking hotel. Desk service was excellent. Rooms were very nice and very comfortable. The in room toiletries are excellent. The only gripe I could arrive at is that you do not have a great view of red rocks from the hotel. The value was okay and I would stay there again.
