VERY BAD MANAGEMENT; NOISY ROOMS

The hotel is quaint and historic but don't stay if you can about good customer service. The hotel management is the worst ever we have experienced!! If you have a problem of any kind it won't be solved by the management. We stayed for 3 days at this expensive hotel and the manager was never on site and refused to assist us with our accommodation problems. She was out babysitting and could not be bothered. The staff is poorly trained and when we tried to check out early, the clerk told us she did not know how to handle a check out and we would have to come back when someone else was on duty! She called the "babysitting hotel manager" for some instructions but was still unable to check us out. For such a poorly run establishment, this hotel is definitely not worth the money-- it is over-priced and the rooms are noisy. There are better places to stay in Rome, for less money, and we will never stay at this hotel again. Not typical of what you would expect from a Wyndham property--by any means! Very poorly run hotel.
