Loved this place-planning to go back
By Pilar, 8/3/08
We only booked one night here to recover after a week of camping. We loved it! The cabin was well stocked with all that we needed-very clean and amazing views. We are already making plans to go back again. Great bank fishing-even the kids caught several fish. Staff was very friendly and nice.

DIAMOND FOR SURE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/30/08
WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. I GREW UP VISITING ARKANSAS WITH MY PARENTS AND WE DECIDED TO TAKE OUR CHILDREN "DIAMOND" HUNTING. WE DECIDED TO TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS PLACE BY FINDING SWAHA BY INTERNET SEARCH. THIS PLACE IS A "DIAMOND".... WE FISHED, SAT BY OUR LITTLE FIRE AT NIGHT, GRILLED STEAK ONE NIGHT OUT ON THE HUGE BACK PORCH. ONE NIGHT THERE WAS A RAIN STORM WITH AN AMAZING LIGHTINING SHOW... WE SAT OUT AFTER THE STORM PAST AND LISTENED TO "NOTHING".. SILENCE... PEACEFUL. OUR KIDS TOOK THEIR GAMEBOYS & STUFF, BUT NEVER PICKED THEM UP... TOO MUCH TO EXPLORE. WE SPENT GREAT FAMILY TIME TOGETHER. THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN WITH QUEEN SIZED BEDS IN EACH OF OUR ROOMS. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING A TRIP BACK WITH THE GRANDPARENTS TOO....

wonderful place
By Mistress Lyric, 6/17/07
Having never been to this area before I can truely say we were surprised. We stayed in the rustic cabins. the photos on the net do not do this place justice. it is totally beautiful.. the cabin we were expecting to be a little run down a stuck in the 70's type decor. we were wrong, we walked in and my husband looked at me and said "you did good" meaning i picked the place to stay and made or arrangements. the cabin looked like at one time it had been two but they remolded and made into one larger cabin, I personally loved the back deck with charcoal bbq grill my kids and i sat out there at night and watched lightning bugs (we went in june no mosquitos).. all linens provided and all cookware provided with a full size stove and ice box, mirowave, and fold out sofa and our cabin also had two double beds.. they have a nice swimming area and boat launch the whole scenery is awesome...housekeeping asks that you leave all dirty linen (towels etc.) outside on the steps and they leave new clean ones, wash all dishes and put them away or there is a housekeeping charge of $50.00.. when you leave just leave the key in the room.. no hassels... i wasn't (and still am not) accumstume to driving over the mountains all the twist and turns and there are a lot of them my only recomendation is to have really good tires and brakes.. this is a wonderful place and we will return one day. i recommend it to anyone going that way another recommendation is this if you are a coffee drinker take your own coffee pot they have a small pot but we drink way to much coffee for the small pot

Can't wait to go back!!!
By Tiffany, 12/6/06
I stumbled across this little slice of heaven while trying to avoid the high prices of the hotels in this area and still stay in Murfreesboro. This place is perfect if your traveling with children. I loved the seperate bedrooms, the full kitchen, and my favorite place, the deck overlooking Lake Greeson. The service was outstanding and I have recommended this place to all my friends and family.A real place to get away, no phones or data ports in these cabins. This isn't a hotel it's a home away from home.If you like fishing, they're on the lake and even have boat rentals. They're located 10 miles from the public diamond mine. My husband and I were planning our next trip even before we finished with our last.
