Did not provide the accommodation agreed to
We were told at check in that the registrations are made "from Utah" and that we had to accept the room they gave us and that our credit card had already been charged so take it up with the "time share people" also told "you won't be able to get your money back"
Do yourself a favor and stay away from "Roundhouse Resort"
