Little Mineral Marina & Resort, Pottsboro

We rented a mobil home that sleeps 8 for a family holiday. The floors were dirty, didn't look like the kitchen had been swept; the coffee pot was wore out & leaked, the dishwasher contained dirty dishes with petrified chili in several dishes; the bathroom door handle was broken & wouldn't stay closed. Some of the pans were rusty! Oven wouldn't heat. Sheets & beds were clean but one bedspread that looked OK on the outsied was in shredds on the lining. I won't go back.
