Fantasy Springs Casino Resort, Indio

It was a horrible experience, my child received bites from bed bugs, and the non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. The pool sucks its only 4 foot deep the whole pool, looks nothing like the website photos anymore, the rooms are small!!!!! Will never ever stay at that place again

The electricity was out when I was there, and the hotel went into chaos. We had to find another hotel for the night. The staff were not trained for an emergency, and forbid us to go up to our room only when I stated I had medicine in the room was I allowed to get my luggage

Another case of just passing thru, wife and I saw the ad along the freeway and stopped into th resort and wanted to see what it was all about. So So sorry we did, you really need to upgrade your service, I ordered a drink while playing the blackjack games and was ignored for the most part and then when I finally got the drink it was so watered down, I could nt drink. When I aske dthe waitress for another, I NEVER RECEIVED IT. When we inquired about a hotel room, we were told none are available. (rather rudely

My boyfriend and I recently went to Fantasy Springs during Easter weekend for a short getaway. We were wanting to stay closer to Palm Springs, but didn't like what those hotels had to offer. This hotel is about 20 minutes away from Palm Springs. It had all we needed so we decided to not even leave the hotel! The pool area was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed the poolside tropical drinks. We were very happy with the selection of restaurants they had to offer and enjoyed all of the food we tried. We were surprised that it wasn't crowded at all the weekend we went. It may differ weekend to weekend. We were able to get a table right away, find a spot at the bar, and lay by the pool without any distraction. May be better for couples/families than singles looking to meet people. Could be great for a trip with your friends though. Our room was a bit small, but was decorated very nicely. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. They also have a great bowling alley, casino, and nightclub. What more can you ask for? Friday and Saturday seemed the nest nights to stay there. The club is open those nights and they also have free rock music shows outside by the pool those nights. The patrons of the club versus the rock show were very different, but fun all the same. We would definitely love to go back for another weekend vacation!

very nice hotel! great value for the price. nice rooms and great food, even the sushi was good! love the starbucks on site. pool area was clean with very comfortable chairs.

I just thought this Hotel was everything a person could ask for. The rooms were clean. Casino not to large to get around in. The pool area is breath taking!! Room service was wonderful. The cafe was lovely. Food was superb. I can't wait to go back :) I had lots of fun!!!!!

We found this casino to be the best out of all of the others for the machines. We don't like the video games and the other casinos are getting rid of the good machines for them. You have an excellent choice of machines to chose from. We will travel a little bit further to Indio for the machine choices. We constantly pass the word to everyone that ask. It's a beutiful place.

I really like visiting there. Close to home and I am taking my friends there. You don't have to fight the crowds. The service and our room was so nice and comfortable. The people were a great help and everyone was so nice. We have been there many times and always look foreward to returning. The restaurants were very good. Service and the food was wonderful. I like the idea that you have many places to choose from. My husband usually plays Texas holdem and he hardly ever has to wait for a table, unlike other places that we have been too. The people that go there are nice too. We have run into friends that we haven't seen in years. Everything is convient too. A coffee place, gift shop, and snack shop in one location. Thank you for building such a beauitful place to go to.

I was ready to go to bed at 12:00 am however the band was so loud I couldn't fall asleep until they were finished...which was around 2am!! Second I wanted to use the high-speed internet (which they advertise) however it is an additional $9.99 charge. Thirdly, someone in another room had a remote to our TV (the channel and volume would magically change). Lastly at 11am the maid was knocking on our door. Then at 11:30am the maid opened our door and told us we needed to get out because check-out time is 11:30am. My husband and I were getting ready for a wedding so we had to leave half ready (he was the best man and wasn't happy with a wrinkle shirt).

very nice and clean hotel. hotel is adjacent to the casino and did not have to go through the casino to get to the hotel. Would stay here again.
