My experience was the worst

I called and cancelled the first day of my visit with this hotel two days prior to scheduled date. The hotel lied and said that I had never called. They billed my charge card and refused to refund our money. The shower spout would fall off the wall when we tried to take a shower and water went all over the floor. I have found my telephone call records with the dates I contacted this villa and I plan to contact the better business bureau concerning the lies and dishonesty by the owner and manager. I have learned a big lesson from these people and I will never give a credit card to a hotel for the rest of my life.
