Ruidoso Winter Park, Ruidoso

As a local of Ruidoso, I have gone to the Winter Park two times in almost a decade. I went there for my second time in the last month, and was treated absolutely awfully. I was charged $20 more than I was supposed to and when I asked for a refund, I was turned down before I could even explain the situation. I asked my mother to stop by because I assumed they weren't taking me seriously, an employee attempted to tell her that I was rude and cursed at her, while I hadn't even spoken to her before. The owner came to the window and told me that "my kind" wasn't needed there and that myself and my group needed to leave. I also never received the money which they overcharged me. Avoid the Winter Park, I would recommend just going up to Ski Apache; you have the snow, winter sports, and people who are genuinely nice people.
