Great location, right in town.

This is great old motel located right in the heart of town. The grounds are are great, it's clean and a good value but the manager is a stickler for rules. He made us sit outside of our room, which was vacant and ready, for over two hours because check in time is 2:00pm, NO exceptions. Promptly at 9:00 pm everyone is ordered out of the pool and pool area padlocked, even during the summer. I've stayed in the rooms and kitchenetts, they're dated but very clean and well kept.
