Great property! Customer Service could be better.

I have stayed at this property twice now. The first time the staff was very helpful and friendly, both during check in and check out. The second time it seemed that each person was on auto pilot. They did not look me in the eye as they seemed to speak words memorized for the sake of customer service. I was very disappointed based on my earlier experience. I hope to find the personnel better on my next stay.
