Great property! Customer Service could be better.

I have stayed at this property twice now. The first time the staff was very helpful and friendly, both during check in and check out. The second time it seemed that each person was on auto pilot. They did not look me in the eye as they seemed to speak words memorized for the sake of customer service. I was very disappointed based on my earlier experience. I hope to find the personnel better on my next stay.

Can't wait to visit again!

This Best Western is in a great location, has the friendliest, most helpful staff imaginable & the rooms are great. We have stayed there twice & will be returning again in a few months; we wouldn't think of going to another hotel when we're visiting Savannah. When we check in to the Richmond Hill Best Western-we're "home"!
