Not as advertised. Very Deceptive.

When we first pulled up we thought the place had closed. The tennis courts were really overgrown, in disrepair and the parking lot looked like it had been abandoned for some time and there was trash all over. The room was ok, but very cheap. You could hear the guests next door as if they were in the same room. What was really bad was the fact that our room was never cleaned once for the duration of our stay. There was no way to contact the front desk so we had to walk all the way down to the office from our room to request toilet paper. How embarrassing is that! We had to leave our room and go up to the front desk to request, and pick up our own linens...Unbelievable! The boutique shops and restaurants are very charming, but I would not recommend you stay here.
