Lousy place, service and location
The whole experience was awful, over the phone they promise a nice resort, but all you get is a lousy and noisy Holiday Inn Express right on a main highway.
After I made the reservation, I call them back to confirm and they couldn't have the dates I requested (they couldn't confirm them right away, I had to wait about 2 weeks).
Finally I got my dates for Spring Break, but I didn't like the Hotel at all, very dirty and noisy.
I had a lot of problems trying to confirm the reservation, very long waiting time on the phone, lousy service, etc. I had to call several times to have everything in order.
When I arrived, the person at the front desk had the incorrect dates on the system, so once again, bad customer service and organization.
My expectations were a lot different to what I got, they only care about have you at the timeshare presentation, nothing else.
I also had another reservation at the Daytona Beach location, called them in advance to get the hotel information, they told me that they couldn't provide that info until I arrived there (I was trying to avoid another lousy and noisy hotel).
Then only good thing that I got from this experience is that I learned a lesson....if it sounds to good to be true, most probably it's not. I'll never be back at the Summer Bay Ghetto again.
