Great place for families.The best hotel I have stayed in for the money paid!

great service and excellent staff. No hot breakfast.

Lovely hotel with a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was polite! It was sooo clean!

I loved the astounding view. Waking up to the breath-taking view of the sun rising slowly over the clouds was beautiful. The chair outside in the balcony was perfect to relax in and breathe the fresh air of the ocean! The room had it's necessary appliances it even had silverware!! I really have nothing bad to say. Although there was one cabinet door broken, but c'mon compared to everything else, I can live with that. And the owner was very amiable. I will most definitely return very soon!

Called hotel this morning after National Weather Service issued Tropical Storm Watch for the area. Was told we would be charged one night for the cancellation. I called at 11:28 am and the hotel check in time is 3:00 pm which is more than 24 hours notice. This property has no concern for the saftey or well being of its customers. SHAME ON YOU for charging us almost $200

My husband had a medical emergency and we had to leave early second morning. They would not refund our money for second night plus dog payment. They had no compassion at all for our situation.... they did offer us a card to stay another night at another time. I will never stay there again because of the customer service. That amount of money is very important to me in this economy. Not customer friendly at all and I had a sick hysband"......

The location is fantastic, however their facility is in very poor condition. Our room had roaches, the fridge, shower were filthy. One of the comforters had brown crust on it. The roaches crawled every where. There was no way to get a refund so we just dealt with it. If this place would renovate, it would be an awesome spot to stay. Its close to the water, there are covered cabanas and grills outside overlooking the water. The pier needs an overhaul. I was very disappointed for this hotel lacks comfort. Damn shame too.

The location is good, I will give it that, but the rest of the place is old, dirty, and unclean. The refigerators were completely rusted, the showers were unlcean, and the staff was not friendly. I love to fish and this place used to be 1 of 2 places my family would stay in Rockport, TX and now its either Laguna Reef, Kontiki Beach, or Fulton Inn. The prices are low for a reason. The fishing pier used to be the best thing about this place and now it is in terrible shape. The pier will need to be replaced soon before somebody falls through and a lawsuit puts the whole place out of business. As for the lights, ugh, half of them dont even work. Overall, I give it a 4 out of 10, mainly because of the location.
