Arbors Seaside Cottages LLC, Indian Rocks Beach

I would say this is the only place I have ever stayed where I felt like the owner/manager had thought of everything! I went to make a grocery list the first day, and as I took inventory of the kitchen, I found myself crossing things off of my list. I am already planning my next trip back! View is awesome! Very relaxed atmosphere. Felt as if I were at "home away from home." My daughter lives 20 minutes from here, and I visit every 3 - 4 months and stay with her, but I am contemplating renting a cottage out and have her come visit me! Deanna was great and very hospitable!

I don't know how anyone could not love this place & the staff. Bill, Deanna were the perfect hosts. They catered to our every need. Checked with us all the time to make sure that we were having a great time. Saw them everyday. Directed us to the best restraunts in the area. They even hosted a big cookout for all the other people & ourselves that were staying there. Had the best crab boil that you would ever eat. The cottages were well equipt with everything we needed & very very clean. It was just like being at home. The cottages are the perfect place because you can go to the beach & have fun in the sun, & then if you need escape from the sun, the gardens are the perfect place to relax under the palms. I highly recommend that you chose this spot for your vacation.

The cottages are adorable and the location is perfect. We loved the place but Deanna was quite rude during our stay. Many of the appliances in the unit were broken and she was very angry when we politely let her know at the end of our stay. I honestly thought she would want to know so that she could replace them for the next guest. She went on to accuse us of leaving the place "the filthiest" she'd "ever seen." We left it with dishes washed, used linens piled together in the bathroom, trash and recycling taken out. Really nothing was left undone that wouldn't have been done in a routine housekeeping cleaning (which our fees already paid for) and we were shocked. Then we received an email accusing us of stealing a pillow and a sun umbrella and threatening us with further action! Unfortunately we won't be going back and can't recommend the place.
