LA Playa DE Varadero IV, Sunny Isles Beach

Good location but an old old place. The unit we rented was so small you couldn't turn around, really smelled likemold, and was way over-priced for what we got. We found much newer, cleaner ,nicer places nearby at a much lower price. We would neverstay at this place again, even if it were free.

La Playa is the only place my husband and I stay at when we travel to Miami. We have always rented through Pepe Cordero and he is one of the most professional and nice people we have ever met. His staff is friendly and courteous. I have nothing negative to say about staying here!

old and so so old paint old condo old bathrooms not clean at all charcoal defect and old and broken and durty and rusty not to much chair near pool bad stone tables outside close to the beach, grocery and pharmacy

this place is a dump why on earth would anyone pay money to stay here. Stay home!! old and run down!!

Yes the only option we have now is Hana.If we dont vote for her,Pepe Cordero will take the control again and will try to make the owner rent only thru him,paying him a high comission,just because he considers himself the owner of all the condo. F... Pepe Be smart vote for Hana,she is not too good,but she is the only option

To all the units owners. Hello, My name is Carlos Seoane, the real Carlos Seoane. Someone has posted negative comments about La Playa de Varadero IV using my name. I have lived at La Playa for several years. I own 2 units, the one I live in and a second unit that I rent out. How can it occur to anyone that I would do a negative posting when I rent my rental unit . It is stupid to think that I would write comments that could hurt my own pocket. Could the impostor be Mr. Pepe Cordero, association president? or one of his fans?

I've been renting from Ms. Hannan for the last 5 year in a row. She's always very responsible, checking with us most of the days for any needs. It's been a pleasure to do business with her. I live in NY and just have to call her couple weeks in advance and the room will be ready on my arrival. Thank you Hannan, see you in a few weeks again !

lots of security. great environment to relax and enjoy the great florida weather. There is no maid service, but can't beat the price. Location is great! Lots of restaurants for every taste

She will keep your deposit and is not even suppose to rent there. I saw many people complaining about her. She gives you no service and tells you that there is nothing you can do about it.

The location is great, can't beat the price for this oceanfront resort. The room had a kitchen, so you can easily save money on food. It is walking distance to market and stores. But I only rent from the rental office or Front Desk! They were incredibly nice and helpfull.
