Sandels in Ocho Rios Jamaica is wonderful. Our daughter had her wedding there and it was just family but it was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. The food was awesome. When you wanted something like a drink(Dirty Banana)the waiters were right there. The bartenders were great and friendly. We have never had a better experience. I would work there if I was younger. Beautiful place.

WHERE IS THE "BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" AND THE "ATTOURNEY GENERAL"???? LOOKING AT BOOKING A VACATION ONLINE, AND HERE'S WHAT THEY DO... ON THEIR SITE "FROM 65% OFF" OK, SO I CLICK IT. UP POPS A LIST OF DESTINATIONS. THE FIRST ONE IS OCHO RIOS. THE PRICE FOR OCHO RIOS STATES "FROM 150 PER PERSON" (AND IT'S IN BLACK FONT, NOT RED SALE PRICE FONT LIKE THE 65% OFF IS) OK. $150 TIMES 2 PEOPLE FOR A WEEK IS; $300 X 7= $2100 X 65% OFF = $735 FOR A WEEK FOR A COUPLE AT OCHO RIOS. DO YOU KNOW BETWEEN USING THEIR SITE, AND USING A CHAT REPRESENTATIVE, AND TALKING TO AN AGENT ON THE PHONE, ALL THE PRICES WERE OVER $5000! FALSE ADVERTISING AND DECEPTIVE PRICING TACTICS. I HOPE SOMEONE OR SOME AGENCY GOES AFTER THESE PEOPLE. LIARS AND CROOKS.

We stayed at Sandals Grand Antigua. If you are thinking about going to this resort please take the time to research. I wish we had..The security stood and watched while I chased the local man down the beach, after he offered us drugs and hit my wife in the face.... It took 4 hrs for the police to show up, after which the hotel stoped answering our calls. In fear for our saftey we asked for a flight out the next mourning. Come to find out they knew the man that attacked my wife. Security admitted he was a known problem!!! After chasing the man I returned to the restraunt where my wife was attacked I was informed that a guest confronted the security guard and couldnt believe that she just stood there and watched this happen after getting into a confrontation with the man just before he approuched us!!! It was like something out of a movie. I cant say enough about the POOR service. This is miss advertisment by Sandals. (Pesonal butler) NOT AT ALL!! , the butlers took care of several guest. Food wasnt eddible, REALLY... We paid for 7 days and stayed 3. The hotel gave us our money back for only 3 days and when we asked about the flight that we had to pay for to leave early in fear of our saftey, they said that they were NOT responsible. After 12,000 bucks this was not worth 35 cents.
