They boast beachfront property but the ocean view rooms are not available to timeshare exchange - only for weekly rental. Units in severe need of updating. Toaster looked like it had come from Salvation Army. Not one spoon that had not been ground up in the dishwasher. Dish towels were VERY old and overused. TV sets small and ancient. Screened in porch nice but overlooks dumpsters and furniture is so old we are afraid to sit on it. Towels should be replaced! Shower only in master bathroom and furntiture and fixtures probably 30 years old. Carpet is fairly new because the rest of the roll is in the master bedroom closet! No restaurant on site anymore. Pool bar only opens at 3 and drinks are $6+ each in a little plastic cup. Pool is clean (no view). Unit needs cleaned - crumbs in drawers, dirt in corners, even dusted junk off our beds "clean sheets". A lot can be forgiven with a decent view - but not here! We felt like we stepped back in time! Would not recommend exchanging your nice unit (ours is a Marriott) for this place. You may be in the Keys by location but with the view you might as well be in Harlem!
