Ranch House Motel, Marathon

Yes, it is very clean, but what I really thought was great is that the owner, Diana, hand washes the sheets and hangs them in the sun to dry. The beds were good white linen and extremely comfortable. I loved the fact that they were all white. Smelled and felt amazing. Close to everything in Marathon and a good place to base yourself and do the Keys. Just down the road from my favorite restaurant, The Barracuda Grill. As an interior designer I had dreams of re-doing the interiors of this spot, but I had to remember that these are rooms for fisherman who couldn't care less about colors or textures except those found on a big snappers and reds! Just getting ready to make another reservation for 4 more days. Really well done.

The Ranch House Motel is simple, comfortable, and very clean. The owner is very friendly to help in any way and obviously takes pride in keeping the rooms fresh. There is a grill outside for use, as well as a small refrigerator and microwave (at least in our room anyways ). Very convenient location. We took a day trip driving down the rest of the keys exploring and hanging out in Key West for the majority of the day (enjoyable excursion/drive and sightseeing)...I would definitely stay there again!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about places around town. The rooms were very clean and the people were refreshing to be around. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in Marathon.

The place was amazing and very clean. The owner is an amazingly sweet woman and very comical. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Keys who loves to fish.

Great spot... Wonderful owner, extremely clean rooms, quiet... located in a great spot close to everything. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for an economical room while working, fishing, or vacationing.

The rooms are all white...no color at all. I kind of didn't like that about The Ranch House Motel. VERY QUIET! What I did like was that I felt safe while I was there and the price was really good for being in the keys! Looked like mom & pop owned motels. Overall, I liked it.
