I was surprised at the sharp sense of humor found on the other end of the phone. The lady seemed to be very busy but not enough to crack a joke. I think only the astute would know how frustrated she was and that she was having fun the whole while. I reminded of the scene in French Kiss, where Megan Ryan walks in and tells the French Hotel Agent that he is seemingly pleasant but she hears a sharp impatience in his tone and she starts banging the bell. Well, sorda of like that only the opposite. She was cracking a joke that held a hidden sense that she truly enjoed what she was doing. I could tell because from then on I found everything was surprisingly beyond my expectations. It has been one of the best trips planned and I look forward to doing this all again in years to come. I am glad I stumbled to this site. It is a great surprise that I have found a new friend! And a new travel agent for Hawaii!!!

Not like me to write a review on a reservations agency, but I was forced to do so after never receiving a return phone call and practically being yelled yet by a sassy agent named Denby or Debbie. She basically told me that they are extremely busy and that I should have more patience (1 week is a lot of patience, in my opinion), but in a rude and almost hurtful way. Anyway, I found the same product at Hawaiian Beach Rentals, only with better service.
