Best.Hotel.Ever!!!!
By Cianah, 6/18/12
In 2009, I went to Cozumel Palace for spring break and I loved it! It was the best Palace Resort I've ever been to. I came back with my family a few months ago AND IT WAS STILL THE BEST PLACE EVER!! Everybody remembers you. It was 3 years since they all saw me and they remembered my face, first and last name! It's not a very big resort, but the nice thing about it is that 1. You won't get lost. 2. You get to see the same people everyday and by that, you'll make new friends!! :) I've always met nice people to hang out with everytime I go there. This is a wonderful place for BOTH family and romance. And If you get the presidential suite to the left of the hotel (If looking from the front. Right side from the back), you get the view of the dolphins! I went swimming with them this year and it's a blast!! Go to the place right next door from the resort if you wanna go swimming with the dolphins. And make sure you go snorkeling AT THE HOTEL!!! It's the best place to go because the water is so calm and clear and there's multiple cool and beautiful fish you'll see. Plus, you are limitless! You can be out there as long as you want, you can go again as many times you want, and everyday you're there you can go snorkeling! They have awesome restaurants very nice staff and service!! The best service you'll find in Cozumel. And you should really walk around outside the resort in the little town. They have nice, cool shops there. Of course, there are a lot of Cruise ships that pass by, and some very close to the resort so you might wanna take some pics! :) And one last thing I wanna say: If you have time and are interested, you should take a ferry to Playacar Palace and walk around Playa Del Carmen! They have cool shops and it's fun to hang out there for just a few hours! But I'll wrap it up and I hope you choose Cozumel Palace as your next destination. And If you do, Have the time of your life!! :)

Royal Treatment
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/10/12
We've traveled to many all inclusive resorts that were nice but this one is special. The staff makes the difference. They are so kind and accommodating. You don't have to ask for a thing. The food is fabulous. The actually have quality liquor, too. If that's your thing, just request your brand. We felt like royalty, which is how you want to feel when you're on vacation! The $750/$1500 promotion was going on during our stay and it was icing on the cake. We took tours, visited parks, got massages and upgraded our wine at dinner. They even offer a trip to Cancun via boat to see the ruins at Tulum. While there, your all inclusive status is extended the other hotels they own. Oh! be sure to rent a jeep to drive around the island (road = 40 miles around). There is no water/electricity on that side, but the views are spectacular. Stop in at Coconuts... the one and only bar on that side. It has a lot of personality. We celebrated our anniversary here, but did see families with teenagers. Cozumel is more subdued than Cancun. If you are a partier, you'll find more of that in Cancun. Cozumel is classier. We will definitely go back.

Amazing +++
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/21/11
Had a wonderful vacation at Cozumel Palace. The facility was super clean, the staff was amazing (especially a server named Luis), and the food delicious! The activity staff was very welcoming and fun! The week was a luxurious break from everyday life! We enjoyed using the hotel credits for spa, the romantic beach dinner, the dolphin experience (right next door), the snorkel trip and trip to Chankanab. We also loved horseback riding at Mr. Sancho's through jungle and on the beach. The Cozumel Palace provided an exceptional vacation experience! Would highly recommend!

Loved it for the 2nd time!
By BARBM, 2/3/11
We love the service, food, location, staff - the best part was being recognized by the Activity Staff and others from last year - they are really fun. The size of the Palace is small, which we like, short walk into town, and lots to do. We definitely recommend the Dolpharis next door and Sting Ray Park. The Palace is more than happy to make arrangements for "out of hotel" activities. When you get back to the hotel you are greeted with a fragnant cold cloth to freshen you. If you don't see what you want on the 3 menus, or outdoor buffet at dinner - Just Ask! "All -Inclusive" means just that, and drinks were great.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!!
By Mackenzie Mexico, 10/10/10
This was no question the best vacation i have ever had in my life. we stayed from July 31 through august 7th and i didn't want to go home in fact i even cried. The people who work here are the most kind, helpful and most fun people ever. (especially Ricardo can you say HOT!!!!!!!) Every night by the pool they have a show which are really cool. my favorite was the Mexican festival and Mayan night! Then after the shows over the male employees dance with the guests who stay there. You'll want to its a blast. but to sum it up all i can say is it was the best vacation I've ever had and its well worth it too!

looking forward to next trip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/30/09
I got food poisoning while there. Although the medic on property said it was more likley my stomach didnt agree with the different food/spices I was eating. What I liked about this place......everything else! This place was all inclusive. Constantly something going on to entice guests to participate and be social. We stayed at another hotel before moving to Cozumel Palace. We were very disappointed in the other hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Perfect Honeymoon Hotel, Can't wait to go back!
By Liz, 7/11/09
My husband and I decided to go here for our honeymoon. The moment we walked through the door, they handed us moist towels to wipe our hands and drinks. A few seconds later, the bartender came to ask us what we wanted to drink/eat. All of the staff was EXTREMELY friendly. The bellhop who showed us the room had a wonderful personality. They had set the room up for our honeymoon (towel animals, champagne, and a bottle of wine). The room was GORGEOUS (we had a junior suite). It looks exactly like all of the pictures on their website. The room service was fast and delicious. We really enjoyed eating at the Asian restaurant. The only negative thing I have to say about the entire stay was that we didn't enjoy the Italian restaurant as much (it wasn't bad, just not great). The snorkeling was fabulous. The spa there was wonderful and extremely relaxing. We got a couples massage and absolutely loved it. Overall, we LOVED this place. We DEFINITELY will be coming back to Cozumel Palace and trying out the other palace hotels. We highly recommend this hotel! P.S.- All the reviews said this hotel was noisy. We felt that it was not very noisy at all. We slept very well.

Outstanding!!!
By Christina, 5/27/09
Totally loved the Cozumel Palace! The staff there is impeccable and made a real effort to get to know us. The food was very good. Keep in mind that dairy products are hard to find on Cozumel. There is no real milk any where. Your choices for alcoholic beverages are limited to ones without milk products if that matters to you. We did not find many top shelf liquors either. The desserts are amazing - you must try the volcano cake! Our room was beautiful with an amazing view. The hotel staff was always cleaning. The excursions were plentiful and we enjoyed all the "free" excursions that were provided with our stay. If you are going to go to Cozumel - stay at an amazing resort and pay the little extra. It's well worth it! My husband and I have traveled quite a bit over the past few years and it's the only place that we loved and can't wait to go back!!!!
