Sea Adventure Resort & Water Park All-Inclusive, Zona Hotelera

Service excellent, the food was great and the staff just were there every time we needed something, all activities are great, the kids club lady took care of my children and all night shows were amazing, we had a blas... hope to coma back w/ my family again..

I had the opportunity to visit the hotel is a resort in Cancun adventure the whole family and my children were happier with the water rides, the night show piter bread, but above all the attention of their staff all friendly and the slope of customer. I have only to thank you all care provided, and commend.

The hotel has a website where you can do an early "check-in". I checked in a couple of days before arriving, thinking that they will have everything set up so that when I approach the front desk, I will already have a room and key waiting for me...NOT. After checking-in, you have to leave your luggage off to the side by the front door while they take you to the lounge area to give you a briefing on how the all-inclusive program works and how they can sell you timeshare packages. After a whole hour, you are free to go to your room. The reservation I had stated that the room has a king size bed...NOT the bed was a full size and was very hard. The hotel has a separate program called "Original Vacations". People who are part of that program get to use the segregated amenities that are far much better than the regular hotel guests - like the poolside lounge chairs with a nice canopy. The hotel does not have card keys... they have regular keys, which can be easily duplicated -- so much for security. The food was okay. I wish I was closer to the hotel zone so that I could be closer other dining options. The staff was very helpful and they really do their best to keep you comfortable. This place is very outdated (no elevators to our third floor suite). Most of the things that are wrong, staff has no control over. Higher management is the problem. There are too many little kids running around...because this is a family oriented place. For my next trip I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars more for a more comfortable place. I should have read the reviews before settling on this place but then I thought maybe I should just experience it for myself as i would not spend too much time in the hotel anyway. I had to find out that those reviews were accurate... to include the hot water running out in the morning. This is a better place for kids and families, but not so much for the singles crowd.

My best friend from college and I just spent 5 days at this resort and absolutely LOVED it!!! The staff was wonderful.....our room was clean and the view beautiful. We never missed a meal and the dinner theatre was great! It was a great value, and everyone was very helpful. We will definitely return. Thank you, Blue Bay Club and staff!!!

me and my family always go on vacation and the blue bay resort is a great place to stay at i had a great time and was one the theeee best vacation place tht i have ever gone and i cant wait to go back...the staff really is friendly to would recommend this place to anyone espically to young couples in there mid 20 to 30s

My husband and I stayed at this resort on our first trip to Cancun. We were a little put off by the distance of the resort from the main hotel strip where everything happens. We took a cab several times to the main strip to explore and shop but it was expensive to do so (be sure to negotiate cab fare prices before getting in the cab). The resort was extremely clean and tidy. The entertainment staff was excellent and very helpful. The food buffets had a little something for everyone and the shows were a lot of fun! We would definitely go back to Cancun but will probably not stay here due only to the fact that the resort is so far from everything else. Very nice place though!

We had a great time. Our accommodations were excellent. Service was good. We want to start going back each year. Enjoyed it alot.

We travelled to Cancun in March of 2005. We had an amazing time and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The entertainment staff went above and beyond our expectations and were always there to help us out. They very involved in day and night activities and eager to involve you as well! The food was awesome and always lots of it! We would highly recommend this hotel for families or young adults looking to relax. The beach volleyball everyday gave us a great opportunity to meet others from around the world while having fun! Don't forget the tequila volleyball in the pool!!! Don't tell them if it's your birthday!(even if it's not they don't care, they'll get you anyways!) We look forward to possibly returning in the future!

My husband and two kids just came back from a seven nights stay at this hotel 2/21/06-2/28/06,and I must say I am not a very picky person,but this hotel was by far not what we expected. It is in GREAT need of a update,the beach was very dirty,the food was just ok,the gym is such a dump with not one good piece of equipment in it,and I have never use such a word before to discribe a place,it is also not in the hotel district so beware.There were a few people there who we meet who said they loved it but I guess if you have never stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same value you would think this is great,the Blue Bay Getaway which is for adults only and affilated with blue bay club is so much nicer,you can use the shuttle and go there,everything is SO much better there.However I must say the staff at the club was very nice,and the entertainment staff did put on good shows on the nights that they had shows.I know everone has their own taste,so this is just my opinion,I would not recommended this hotel,but to each it's own.
