Myrto Hotel, Nea Makri

I had booked my reservation with Myrto and today, the day before my flight to Athens, they emailed me that my reservation was cancelled due to technical reasons. Since I fly in on a Saturday night and only stay for one night in Athens, I couldn't book another hotel. I called Myrto and found that the hotel was absolutely fine and open...they just couldn't honor my reservation. When I asked to speak with the manager, she wasn't available. When I emailed them back asking for help finding another hotel, they gave me the website for a hostel that's minimum stay was 3 days. I have not got a response since my last email and call to them asking for additional help. I found a hotel an hour out of Athens finally, but I at least wanted to write a review of my experience with this hotel. They are unable to honor their commitments, be honest with their customers or return a phone call.
