Perth Station Hotel, Perth

having booked this hotel, by phone after viewing the internet site, we were disapointed to say the least by the low standard of hygene. We did not stay after a quick check of the room, which had wall paper hanging of as well as tropical heating, maybe the old carpeted lift should have given us a clue, the staff did not seem at all suprised by our quick departure which implys that this is not an uncommon occurance. Dont be fooled by the pictures. This Hotel is right next to the train station, with not much in the way of welcome, the term Quality Hotel requires a large stretch of imagimation. Luckly we found a small hotel only 5mins walk away which turned out to be perfect.
