Be aware with this resort

We make our reservation last Christmas. To make our long story short, I am just going to highlight my terrible experience:
1. The resort loaded the refrigerater in the room with baverages. Under each baverage bottle has a sensor. If you touch any of these bottle, they will charge it to your room bill. If you didn't carefully check your room bill, you will pay for any baverage you touch but not consumed.
2. We made two reservations, one before we go to Whistler and one after. We check in and pay for the first one, but then we decided to stay the rest of our trip at Whistler. So, we cancel our second reservation before we checked out the first time. I confirmed with the front desk everything is OK and no penalty. I even got a cancel confirmation print out from the front desk. Well, after I came back from my trip, I found a second charge to visa above and beyond my charge to my first visit. I called them and talked to a front desk manager, he said he will look into that. I gave him all the information he need. Two weeks went by and not response. I called again and talked to the same front desk manager. He said he had checked with their accounting department and found it's a problem with their reservation department. He said the reservation department is handle by a subcontract company. He told me he will have their accounting department to fix the problem. Again two weeks went by, nothing happen. So, I sent an email to the manager and politely asked him how is the progress. After two to three email to him, he finally response back and said the resort will credit the charge back to my credit card. Well, nothing happen after that email response. I ended up have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges and have them remove from my statement.
I still keep the email from the resort manager. I wish I can show it here, but the message sent to my company email and I am at home writing this review. If anyone want to see that message, I am more than happy to send it to you.
3. Another issue, the resort gives you two lunch coupons for each day of stay. Well, all the restaurant which will take these coupon are inside the casino. And they will not allow anyone under 18 go inside the casino. Guess what, we ended up have to order all our food in a doggie bag and eat it in the lobby on a small coffee table.
Be careful with this resort and definitely not a place for kids.
