Rude customer service, construction damage
This hotel is putting on a new roof from tornado damage. Due to this our brand new truck picked up an Orange roofing nail from the parking lot that they failed to clean up. I called and spoke with the owner who rudely pointed out that it was not her responsibility that an identifiable nail from her construction was at fault. She then proceeded to go into multiple stories of how her truck has had all kinds of damage from the construction in the area. I understand that, you live there, you drive all over the place, you might have some nails. When someone drives to your property, picks up a roofing nail exactly like the ones you are using, then drives home, it might be your fault.
Stay here at your own risk, if the owner is so rude and disrespectful to a person who stays at Priority Group hotels close to 200 nights a year, this place will not care about anything. I will never stay here or probably any hotel in this chain again due to the ugly tone, lack of respect and taking no responsibility for damaging customers vehicles. Good luck if you choose this hotel to stay at.
