My wife and I are from Arizona and were ready to book a reservation here but decided not to because of the bad remarks. One would be very questionable to us but when I saw two it convinced me to stay some where else.

Stange goings on at this motel, they are not interested in customer satisfaction. Owners are from the Middle East and they have some other agenda going on.

rude front desk

rude front desk, charged twice for room and when i complained she refused to let me speak to manager. asked for late checkout, and given an attitude told i had to be out of my room by 1pm. ridiculous since this was a weekday and i know the hotel was not booked. maid service came in at noon anyways so the front desk girl with the attitude obviously didnt do her job of notifying of my late check out. it is a nice hotel for the price but the service was horrible and i will never stay here again.

Perfect

We stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks, and it was perfect! Everyone at the desk was extremely obliging anything we needed we got, AT ALL HOURS. (We've been to hotels where staff doesn't want to put up with us at noon, let alone midnight.) The only problem we had was with housekeeping (they kept missing spots), but one mention of this and it was quickly cleared up. Definitely recommend this place for quality.

a horrible experience

I called for an early check in and they said that would be fine the room is ready. We went to our room and it was not even cleaned yet. They put us in another room and I requested a King room, this one was a double. They finally put us in another room after having to wait a round for about 45 minutes. This totally defeted the purpose of calling that day for an early check in. The girls at the desk were rude and when the manager finally shows up he was also rude. I will never stay here again.

Best Place in Batavia!

I stay in Batavia all the time for work, before I stayed here I was completly unsatisified. Finally I stayed for a few days and was blown out of the water! They have: beautiful rooms, a fantastic breakfeast, a nice pool, a small exercise room, and a caring staff! ***If you have to stay in Batavia, stay here, I will.***
